Placed order over a week ago and apart from order confirmation and the taking of payment, i can not speak with customer service to find out where item it. Spoke to Sales who were abrupt and unhelpful. Customer Service queues are over 30 minutes even if they do answer. I have asked for a full refund but still havent heard anything. Avoid.
