Bought an office chair to work at home with, it was meant to be delivered fast! 2 weeks later l got an email that the chair will not arrive for almost 2months! I replied and requested a refund both via email and on the company s website. I got an email 2 weeks later to say that they re looking into it and that was on the 9th! Today is the 17th and l m still waiting! I ve had a cough out a lot more money to get another chair as l have a bad back and knee and can t work sitting on the sofa. I just want my money refunded.
