Partner ordered a chair 6 weeks ago, didn't believe the nextgday delivery but would've been happy with a week delivery time given the situation.
Numerous calls to different numbers, emails to different email addresses and if by the grace of whoever we got through to someone it resulted in an empty promise. The last call resulted in being told the order had been closed off as having been dispatched 2 weeks ago.
Still no chair.
They still have the money.
Not for long because we're applying for a chargeback via the card and ordering one from elsewhere.

They are still advising next day delivery. We cannot see how they can do this as it is clearly not happening!!!
