The promise of 'next day delivery' was suitably caveated, and during the current crisis seemed unachievable, so the fact my chair didn't turn up next day did not bother me. I was very happy with the overall length of time it took - just over a week (which included bank holiday weekend) - and the product was as described. I sent a couple of panicky emails in the intervening period to the company after receiving no delivery date and seeing all of the negative reviews on here [Trustpilot], but my emails were premature and unnecessary: the order arrived today, with tracked DPD delivery, and I am very happy with it. It seems churlish to say, as I am sure the team are maxed out with unprecedented levels of demand, but I think many of the concerns expressed below could be alleviated by earlier and easier contact - just a quick email or text service showing the stage your order is at, etc. This is a minor gripe, though: fundamentally, I received the product I ordered, at a good price compared to Amazon, within a week during a global pandemic. In the grand scheme of things, I am very grateful! Thanks all.
