Absolute waste of time and possible fraudsters!

Ordered an office chair on 9th October - site showed in stock for immediate delivery.
Email from Furniture At Work sent on 15th October telling me the chair was out of stock and the new delivery date will be 24th November!
Within 2 minutes of being told this, we emailed to cancel. No response
20th October - I emailed and asked for an update on my refund.
22nd October - Emailed again for acknowledgement of the cancellation request and update on the refund.
23rd October - An email stating it has been cancelled and refund will be processed in 3-5 working days.
2nd November - Email sent stating still no refund and negative reviews will be left if I am not conformed today. No response .


I will speak to my bank for the refund now and this review will remind others to buy their office chairs elsewhere.
