This company used to be fairly good, with good communication and service. It seems that covid has changed all that. Their customer service is now nothing short of a shocking absolute disgrace. Yes they should be reported to trading standards and yes I have asked my bank to look at if the order I placed 8 weeks ago was taken fraudulently with no intention of supply.
