Absolutely horrendous company, got a confirmation ...

Absolutely horrendous company, got a confirmation email to give my delivery date, then received an email saying its going to be a week late, 2 weeks later and i'm still waiting for my chair. been trying to get through to customer service but no answer, have rang them at least 10 times and each time just been on hold.

Will be reversing the payment with my credit card. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
