Like many reviews on here, I am not happy with the lack of communication from Furniture at Work. I ordered a Desk & Chair in May. Got an email saying that they were very busy and that orders were taking longer to fulfil due to the high demand. Happy with that. The chair arrived 4 days ahead of the scheduled/anticipated delivery date. All good so far. I am now 2 weeks past the date for the desk and after countless time on the phone and e-mails unanswered are a bit tiresome. Even if they said it will be another month before I get the desk, fine, let me know! will someone from FaW please get in touch.

Finally got to speak to a person that raised my concerns on lack of delivery to the transport manager as a matter of urgency. Load of nonsense as I got another delivery date that was not met and had to go through the torture of trying to contact another member of staff that gave me assurances that this would be dealt with. A 3rd date for delivery was issued and I replied via email to state that if it was not met I would expect a full refund immediately. Alas, the delivery was not met and I am waiting just over 2 weeks now for the refund to be made. 10 working days, but I can assure you it was not 10 days for them to take the money!
By far......the worst customer service I have ever had and that is some going. Amazon seem to have cracked the supply chain issues, so sort yersel oot furniture at work. Disgrace does not cover it, but you are.
