I ve never experienced such poor service!! I Ordered a computer desk for my sons Birthday 3 weeks ago.. His Birthday has now been & gone with No Delivery!! My son is gutted and I m fuming as I can t afford to replace the purchased desk with anything else.
I spoke to a man in customer services earlier this week who told me I ll chase the driver up now that you ve rang Very odd I thought!!
But then we put me on hold to double check the order and left me there! After 10mins on Hold I realised he wasn t coming back so I hung up
THANKS FOR THAT! An extra cost I can t afford.
