Very unprofessional of their customer service staff. Their quotation/estimates does not clearly state the problems with the device nor the breakdown of the total estimate, just a lump sum price. You don't know what you're paying the outrageous fee for. Horrible place to do business with.

Took my LG g4 phone to get fixed under warranty and the people there were great. Turnaround time was very quick. Quicker then expected.

Plus they have a really cool wall with a museum of cellphones from the beginning to the most recent.
