I canceled an order for a refurbished iPhone with Quick Mobile Fix because after a week I had still not received any communication as to when the order would be shipped. Several emails later, they confirmed the cancelation in writing and said they d process the refund of the original payment within 10-14 working days. One month on I am still chasing them for the refund. The last I heard from them, they said I d be refunded by 21st June at the latest. It is 28th June today and still no refund. This company is a scam. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid them. I am now looking to make a claim at small payments court and report them to the police as fraudsters.
