ordered a phone from here as mines broke and i needed a new one quickly, 2 weeks later it still hadn't been dispatched so i emailed asking for an update, they said there would be delays due to covid which is fair enough, gave it a few more days and it still hadn't been dispatched so i cancelled the order, was told refund time is 14 days, nearly a month later and still no refund, had to email AGAIN asking where my money is and they completely ignored the email, don't waste ur time with this place
