Terrible company, as the rest of the reviews will confirm. I purchased a phone to give as a present but they contacted me to say they didn t have the colour I ordered I said it was ok but the delivery was so late that I had to make other arrangements. I returned the phone and was promised a refund and they confirmed they had received the phone on the 28th of June and that it will take 14 working days max. It s now the 10th of August and I still have not received my refund!! And they don t answer the phone or respond to emails or twitter even. I m going to have to report this company. Hopefully if enough of these complaints come through they will get shut down. Order ID171015
