I'm sick of trying to deal with this company, ordered a refurbished phone last week and they've already told me it's going to be delayed, I've emailed them several times and rang them hourly for the last few days. Considering they haven't even dispatched my phone yet and it doesn't look like they going any time soon (if at all) all I want to do is invoke my right to use the 14days unsatisfied returns policy and get them to send my money back. Or just cancel my order and then they don't need to bother sending the phone but ive heard nothing. Back from then. MY ID NUMBER IS ID151388
