Like many others, absolutely regret shopping on Quick Mobile Fix. Appalling customer service. They re not properly equipped to deal with the volume of transactions and issues.

Ordered phone. Delayed shipping. Arrives - with a huge scratch across the screen!

Immediately returned and I ve since hounded them for an update. Nothing.

Promptly informed them I intend to cancel - I ve opened up a case with paypal.
