order ID210601 of an iPhone 6s space grey 16 gb that i paid 229,99 pound for. i ordered this phone on the 14 th of december and i was told it would take 10 days however it is now the the 4 th of january and still no sign of the phone i was told that i would be given an update on the shipment and i have not received any i must admit i am starting to grow impatient and would like this matter resolved asap with either my phone arriving or me getting a refund.
