Ordered an iPhone almost a month ago and I have still not received the item. Poor customer service and I have sent them a number of emails and none have been helpful, they say there s a delay in the dispatch and say it will be sent in the next few days, I chase up again and they say due to the same quality control issues it won t be for another week. This has been ongoing for a number of weeks.
