Stay away from this company! I ordered a mobile on the 3rd March, heard from them via email on the 8th March to say my order was delayed and would take 2-4 working days. I contacted them on 12th March to follow up on order, I heard back from them on the same day to say it will be dispatched 1-2 working days. On the 14th March again I contacted them to follow up as it still hadn't been dispatched and I wanted to cancel my order and have a refund, the reply on the 15th was that my order was being "prioritised" ignoring the fact I wanted to cancel and have refund. I contacted back restating I wanted a refund, this is now being processed but takes 10-14 days! So for 27 days I will be without a phone and without my money. I have never heard of a refund taking so long and I work in retail so could understand 5-7 working days. The company is unhelpful, doesn't care and just takes your money so please never use them. I have never had such a bad experience before so sharing with others so no one else gets caught out.
