Absolutely awful company do not buy a phone from them whatever you do!! I purchased a "grade A" phone from them had to chase them up constantly didn't arrive on time missed my daughters birthday. Had to pay to send it back to them no contact from them at all had to phone them passed from one incompetent person to another. Couldn't speak to a manager. Got my phone back after 2 weeks and numerous phone calls for it to stop working after 1 week. Appalling! The company doesn't provide refunds and doesnt even have a complaints policy. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Disgusting attitude of staff on the phone.
