Like so many other reviews I submitted an order at the beginning of November 2020 for Christmas and as it never arrived in time I cancelled it. I am still waiting for a refund despite being told that it is imminent. It doesn t take long to press a button to submit a refund. The excuse of being short staffed due to COVID- 19 is also not an excuse as they are still advertising sales. They should use their staff to process refunds as they are in breach of a significant number of contracts and have been reported to Trading Standard on numerous occasions . My advise is for you never to use this company and use another. Extremely poor service and utterly non responsive.
