Worst phone company ever. Bought an iphone 6, phone function did not work. Could not make calls or texts. Sent back phone to be 'fixed'. Phone returned. No fix had been done. No email to inform me the phone had been fixed. Thankfully I paid through paypal so i could dispute the charge and luckily i got my money back. You can dispute charges up to 180 days after purchase... I would also suggest that if anyone has the spare time, package up some of your faeces and send it to their address as they are complete con artists and deserve nothing better.

And of course why would i want to get a replacement phone from your company? I'd just be put through the same rigmarole. I would probably end up bankrupt from sending the phone over to the UK.
