I have to say I was very worried after reading some of these reviews (which I read after I purchased the phone on the Quick Mobile Fix website). The iphone 7 arrived as described on the website and was well packaged. worked fine and was unlocked to receive new sym however, it was delayed by a few days which got me very worried thinking the website was a hoax. I gave Richard at QMF (Customer Service) quite a hard time, but they came through in the end for me! I would ask that QMF try harder to communicate with their customers when items will be delayed, especially as they have no phone number.
