Firstly i have never felt the need to write an online review but I have to in this case as my experience of ordering an iphone7 from this company has gone from terrible to simply unbelievably bad. First they cant deliver my phone on time - ordered 2nd of December 2018 arrived 28th December 2 weeks after the promised date - but only after repeatedly chasing up and being given one excuse after another it eventually arrived after saying it wasn't available in the morning it arrived the next day - strangely after i asked for my money back. Next, it arrived unboxed and although looked neat and tidy it wouldn't stay charged for more than 4 hours so i requested it go back and i get my money back - this was January 2nd. It took multiple emails and calls to get the right person to even send me the returns details. I was advised, in January that it would take 30 days to receive a full refund and we are now in March and I cant even get them to confirm the amount and when i will see this in my account. I've repeatedly emailed and finally said unless i get confirmation today - Fri 15th March 2019 - I am forced into informing others of my experience. I've emailed twice today and have just called to speak to the finance department - apparently its now with them - to find them closed until 9am Monday. Rest assured QFM i will be seeking the company owner via Somerset House or other ways and calling them direct at 9am Monday morning to explain my experience and ask for my full refund. I have not had any where close to as bad an experience as this with any other company and I would strongly advise NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! - breathtakingly bad customer service absolutely no contact, no one knows whats going on and none of the messages are consistent - i've had to do all of the chasing. Very very poor I will be contacting the police if I don't get a response very quickly.
