This company is awful. I bought a phone from them and after a couple of months the back was coming off and the home button had stopped working. I sent it back under warranty and it took them a month to repair it but when I got it back it wasn't even repaired. I had to send it straight back and I have yet to receive the phone back and that was over a month ago. I have emailed about 30 plus times and have tried phoning again and again but the lines are always engaged. The emails are either unanswered or don't answer the question asked which is where is my phone? I have requested a refund but I won't hold my breath. My recourse now is to trading standards.
