Very bad experience ordered a phone on 6th Dec, then was told phone was dispatched then it wasn't, kept getting generic emails fobbing me off. So turns out I'm not getting my daughter s phone for christmas which is a disgrace. I will never use this company again and I will be Informing all of my friends and colleagues on all social media platforms of this bogus company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS GUYS!!!!!!!!!

Update still no phone and still hasn't arrived nearly a month since ordered.
Got an email calling me laura also.
