I purchase an Iphone 8 on the 9th October 2019, which I cancelled 7 days after some doubts over this company. I am still waiting for a refund. I have started an online retail dispute with my bank. Next stop will be reporting them to Trading Standards, the UK National Fraud Intelligence and the police. Still not sure?
