02/05/19 - paid for an iPhone 5S from Don'tOrderFromHere Mobile Fix and was told my phone will be dispatched in 7 working days. That would bring us to 15/05/19.
Cool.
I then sent a message on the 15th saying "Hey, yo, what's good? How you doing? Where's my phone buddy?" I then got an email saying "Sorry... delay to the dispatch of your order has been due to the stringent quality control checks we have to carry out... our order is due to be dispatched in the next 1-4 working days... Your order is due to be dispatched in the next 1-4 working days"
ONE to FOUR? That would bring us to Yesterday.

Guess what I got in the post? Not my phone Don'tOrderFromHere Mobile Fix!

So naturally, I said I want my money back. This morning (22/05/19) at 07:27 am they sent an email saying "Good morning... Apologizes for the delays and the inconvenience caused with your order..." but guess what?
No phone call. No text. No email. No dispatch. Nothing!

How shocking can a company people? I called this morning at 9.15am and I was 18th in the queue. Is that how many people called to you complain? 15 minutes into opening 18 people called to ask where their phone is?
