Absolutely awful. Still waiting for my money. Only way to get it back is via trading standards and court proceedings. Sent them my phone in excellent condition and they ve literally pocketed it. Daylight robbery. Wonder if I should get the police involved.

Order no 618281. I have emailed over 10 times. You could deal with it via that.

My order was placed on 12 September. Still no money. So currently then have just taken my iPhone 8 and presumably sold it on but not transferred the money to me. I ve contacted them now 15 times.

No response to email below. They respond on here to look responsive but they don t do anything in reality. Anyone taken this company to court? Such a laborious process. I m really surprised they ve not been shut down. I spoke to someone helpful who is investigating their removal from reputable price comparison websites which is how I found them. This whole thing is so draining and completely unethical.

Please avoid as it s very stressful.
