If I could leave no stars I would! QMF sold me a phone which they led me to believe was100% genuine Apple, it was not! In this case, half price meant half quality. In short I have had non-stop problems with it, some they made me pay for, they took 2 weeks to return it and were very reluctant o communicate with me by phone, email and Twitter.

Apparently A grade parts does not mean fully 100% Apple, so don't be fooled there. Their 'glass' is not as tough as Apple's (I have an email from Apple verifying this).

On mine could not turn the shutter sound off (apparently this is because it came from china - nice).

The screen was faulty, every time a clicked e.g. 'message' it would open up some other random app and often the screen would freeze and do absolutely nothing.

Apple Pay wouldn't work.

There were problems connecting to the internet.

After some time the microphone would not work.

I apparently broke the screen (see previous comment re. Apple screen), I paid to have it repaired, since then the screen is popping up on a bottom corner, pushed up by components inside.

I have recently returned it for this repair, but only after 2 phone calls waiting a minimum of 25 minutes each for the calls to be answered then at least another 15 minuted discussing the issue and persuading them it was their responsibility as they only repaired the screen 5 months ago. They tried to say the phone was out of warranty, it was but not the screen repair!

Previously When I did send the ph to them for repair it was under sufferance by them, they were very reluctant to repair it despite the warranty and then took 2 weeks to return it!

Since then the phone has still never been right and I have struggled on because it is so difficult dealing with them.

Staff are impatient and unsympathetic, cursory and totally uninterested.

I sent my phone back to them for the latest repair 10 days ago and have since heard noting, not even receipt of the phone!

Dreadful company and I rue the day I evert trusted them, and I am really not one of those constant complainers, but this has just been such a negative experience, I am so frustrated and annoyed to be sucked in by them. This may not happen to everyone but it does happen far too often and you may be next. Do not give this crew your hard earned money!
