Qmf order id 202025. I've used QMF a few times b4. Never had any problems. Handsets arrived quickly & in great condition.
More recently, I sent in a hanset for recycling. It took for ever. They never answer the phone & emails don't give you a satisfactory answer.
After many emails, I finally got a voucher towards a.new handset. I was given a good price to be fair.
Ordered an iPhone 7, again took forever. I was so worried & stressed thinking I've lost a lot if money. Eventually I spoke to trading standards, did as they advised & finally got my order. The items arrived in really good condition. Working fine so far, hence the 2 stars. As for service, a big no no.
I certainly won't use them again, even though their prices are good. Not worth the stress.
