I will keep this short as the many negative reviews already speak the truth. I ordered and paid for a phone on 17th January, I cancelled the order on 13th February after way to many emails of promises of 5 days for delivery that never happened. I received the refund on 14th May and this was also after mulitple 5 days promises.In the end it was the threat of legal action (perhaps). Anyway, a very painful saga is now over and i cannot stress enough DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are an absolute shambles and cannot deliver on any level.
