Absolutely terrible experience with this company. Ordered a phone a birthday gift, said it took 10 days, after 11 working days still no update. I had to chase them and all I got was copy and paste answers which really annoyed me. Asked for a refund and they first tell me it takes 14 WORKING DAYS. if I do not receive my refund I will be taking LEGAL ACTION.
