Worst company I have ever dealt with given one star but not even worth that absolutely dire customer service if you ring them no one answers & when you e mail they take days to reply. I bought a reconditioned iPhone after a week of using it it stopped working they asked me to return the phone back to them which I did they had it about 4 weeks before returning it back to me after me constantly pestering them & when it came back to me it did the same again so i asked for a refund they refused saying I was out of my 14 days which is a load of rubbish I ended up getting in touch with PayPal to get a refund the phone cost me over 200 pounds AVOID SHOP ELSEWHERE and check companies reviews online first
