In all honesty, I have never left a poor review of any company.



She wanted to desperately update her phone and was over the moon with the proposed offer.

No sooner had she gone for this phone and the associated extras of charger etc. She was downloading her contacts and apps to the new device.

2 days later, she was charging the phone (with the charger they provided), she came in worried that the charger (supplied by said company) had broken off when she removed it.

Now i know what you may think that she dropped it but this is a 20yr old lady with a substantial investment in a phone.. not a child as you may think.

We went through the correct channels of returning the phone to the company and got the following reply...



Needless to say. My daughter was shocked and in tears that it would cost nearly the same amount to repair the phone as it was to buy it.

After appealing to the company for help. We were told that no help would be offered considering the phone was still under their "so called" warranty ...

We asked for the phone to be returned to us and looked up a local company for help.



My question remains as follows:

1. How can you as a company charge for a faulty charger that failed at over 10 x the standing cost...

2. How can you stand behind a warranty that your goods ( charger) are not up to standard.

I can happily post this and hope that anyone takes the time to read up on reviews and considers any purchase from QUICK MOBILE FIX...
