I ordered a refurbished phone on 18th May, which has still not arrived. Have since complained with no update on when I will receive, just generic emails that fob you off. I Would not have used this company if I realised I would have had to wait nearly 2 weeks for a replacement phone. Called to speak to someone and no one picks up, the line just rings and rings. After reading about other similar reviews I am very alarmed. Quick Mobile Fix if you do not either send me a phone or provide a full refund I will not only be contacting trading standards, I will also be calling the police as this is theft!
