2nd review as my situation has still not been put to rest.

Ordered a phone on 01/03/19
Said they aim to dispatch atm and should be delivered to you within a week
Small note after you confirm your order that you should wait 10 days after confirmation email till contacting them about the whereabouts

So I waited 10 days, I contacted them and they told me to wait an additional 2-4 days as they were completing further quality control tests on the device I already knew it was lies so I demanded a refund

20/03/19 I had called them and they confirmed they had issued me a refund for my purchase and a refund will be processed within 14 days

08/04/19 just under 3 weeks and no refund has been put into my bank. I email them and they said please allow 3 working days to receive your refund

Already you can see how ridiculous this company is. They just try to quiet you down by adding more time and when the time does come there has been no difference.

I told them I should have received my refund a week ago, waiting another 3 days wasn t going to change it.

They then emailed to say they issued the refund 05/04/19 ????? But on the phone he said he had already issued me the refund at 20/03/19

This company is a lie and scam, don t buy from here. All it does it cause problems.
They will respond to this with a fake apology asking for my order number and won t even get back to you.
