I purhased a prestine condition, refurbished iPhone 8. Upon opening it I was a little disappointed. Their idea of pristine is a little different from why I was expecting. I quickly found a small scuff on the side and scratches along the back. But I couldn t deal with sending it back and waiting another 2 weeks for it to be returned as I use it a lot for work. The item takes a while to get to even get dispatched but as a whole, it works just as it should, and I am happy with it.
