The manager reached out to me and sent me a check for the right amount. It took a while, however they resolved the issue. After all I am happy.


I had leased a car 3 years ago. I recently returned that car and leased a new one. However, I was charged for the monthly fee for the car that I returned for this month, even though I returned it 2 months ago! So I took it up with them. They just ignore my calls, I ve left dozens of messages, especially for their finance department. But they have not got back to me. This is crazy, I did not expect this from Lexus. Very disappointed. It s been 2 weeks, and I have not got the money back yet!
