I went to service my car here and when I went to pick it up the next day ALL my belongings were stolen and my car doors were open and my insurance documents were all over the floor . When I spoke to the General Manager and an associate named Aydin about the issue the associate started shouting at me and abused me and they said its not their problem . And it showed that they didn't care at all. worst customer service experience I've ever had.

I have been fortunate to work in the automotive industry and have experienced purchasing/leasing vehicles from many mid/high end brands. My experience at Richmondhill Lexus however truly caught me off guard. They are very unprofessional and very unclear on the numbers. Basically trying to generate an offer without disclosing all details. No honest/professional dealer does business in this manner.
We had received a letter stating they will cover over mileage and damages if we trade in our lease and take a new one. The sales rep tried to help with very limited info, then the sales manager came to talk to us and completely denied the letter stating that he is the one that wrote it and there s nothing about covering damages, we of course have the letter and only went in because of it. Very shady business tactic, we really didn t expect this from anyone, in particular a high end dealer. Buyer beware!

We walked into Lexus of Richmond HIll last Friday, May 20th, 2016 fairly convinced that we wanted a new car and looking for the best deal possible. Michael Tauro came over to assist us and we were more than happy with the service that we received. After much discussion, testing a new car, talking about the different models and specs, we decided to purchase a new Lexus with Michael. I can honestly say that it was one of the easiest, smoothest processes that we have gone through purchasing a vehicle in our lifetime. We picked up the car today, one week from when we purchased it and our whole family LOVE it. It's beautiful and works smoothly. Michael was patient with us and walked us through every step of the process the day we purchased the vehicle all the way to when we pulled off the lot. He even helped my dad hook up his bluetooth to the car which saved us a lot of time in figuring it out. 5/5 stars is the least we could review for the excellent service that we received.

The sales agent was very kind. I was impressed with her kindness. But, the technician was not good. I complained about transmission noisy sound at shift point. The technician ignored my complaint. He didn't understand the problem well. From now, I don't like to recommend Lexus Rx350 to my friends. Because of my bad experience, I changed the rating to 2 stars.

Our sales guy Fadi Zaatar in Lexus of Richmond Hill was very patient and friendly. He was not pushy at all and let us take our time to think about the important decision of buying a car. Imtiaz was our sales representative. He was patient, accommodating and worked very hard to win my business. Although he was a little lacking when it came to technical information, he made sure we got the answers to our questions. The used cars in stock were clean and well kept.

After picking a car we negotiated hard for a good price. From this experience I noted that they focused on not just closing the sale but making sure both parties were happy with the result. They don't seem to take Customer Service lightly although the hard selling can impact the Lexus "experience" a bit.

Renewed our lease, and I have to say: I had great service at Lexus Downtown but I had amazing service at LRH. If I could give them one piece of info to upgrade, it would be the loaner car system. Renting through the on site Hertz is not good. Even if it was free, the car was a terrible one to let people drive around in.

He went up and above during the sales process, and even went beyond for post sale service when I needed. Would highly recommend him and his team at RH Lexus. Very personable and a great guy.

So I emailed these guys asking if it was worthwhile for me to come in as I had another quote. The lady online was confident that she can beat it and persuaded me to come in. I took off work early and spent over an hour getting there from downtown during rush hour. When I got there (on time), the salesperson was not available. So I waited another 15-20 mins in their so called "lounge" which was covered with spent newspaper, used paper coffee cups, dirty napkins and cookie crumbs. C'mon guys, the very least you can do is keep your place clean while your customers wait for late salesmen!

When the sales guy showed up, I asked if he can beat the quote I had. He didn't even know that I had sent him the quote. He showed me his email thread and that's when I found out that the girl online didn't even bother sending it to him. Needless to say, he couldn't beat it and so I then spent another hour getting home. Thanks guys!! Great way to waste my time and $20 worth of gas. I will be getting my new Lexus from another dealership this week.

Thanks Imtiaz Cheval for helping me and my wife to get a vehicle from Lexus Richmond Hill. He wasn't pushy at all. Even though we started with just wanting a base model. He would simply show us what is available and never push us to get extra that we didn't ask for. He is knowledgeable about the vehicle he is selling - I have met 'product advisor' from other dealership who actually don't know about the feature in their hot selling vehicle. Went for a maintenance service today, which include tire rotation, spend close to 2 hours to wait (dealership was not busy at all only a few customers) and tire rotation was not done.
Visually the front tires have outside edges wear more compare to back tires (that is what I came for to do the service that Lexus dealership recommended). Dealership come up with some bogus and ridiculous story, why they didn't do it ( based on kilometers that car has). Why do you charge for service that wasn't done (tire rotation was par of the service)?
The complimentary car was was horrible. The back seat floor mat has cloth hanger under and it was sticking out (they don't bother to remove it, they just drop the floor mat on top of it). The front passenger floor mat was not secured with floor clips, again they just drop it in and don't bother to clip it to the floor, how it was before I came to the dealership.
If you I new it will be that bad, I would not even need a complimentary car wash.
What bothers the most that you have to check if they do the job or not, but charge you for it.

I bought a NX300 from this Lexus two weeks ago. Archie farookhi was the one who helped me , we were kind of in a rush to get the car fast and Archie really did it!!! Trevor is the BEST service manger with excellent customer service. My car is at the body shop for already six weeks and my insurance for my rental only covered up until that week, which was really last minute when I found out. I called into Lexus of Richmond hill to speak to the service manger in regards to my situation and he went out of his way to get me a rental at their cost. Before calling the dealer I did call their customer service department with no help. That s when I called the dealer, I am so happy he was able to provide me with a car. This is what GREAT customer service is. My car is still at the body shop waiting on parts, it s now been three months. Hopefully my parts get there soon. There should never be a problem, only a solution! That s all!

Awesome dealer, me and my friend were biking when his tire got flat. We went here, and a nice lady gave me and my friend water. Someone tried putting air in the tire but something was wrong with the tube in the bike tire. They tried to help even though we had bicycles and not a car.

It was the second time I purchased a vehicle from Imtiaz Cheval and like the first time it was a great experience! Our journey started few months earlier as we showed up to the dealership without an appointment. Although busy with another customer, he acknowledged us and offered us refreshments while we waited. He the took us out for a test drive in a 2019 ES 300h and patiently answered all of our questions following, although we were delaying him from attending his daughter s wedding engagement.

When I found a 2016 ES 300h listed, I called and found Imtiaz was in that morning and arranged to come and see the vehicle, which I ended up purchasing that day.

I also want to recognize Toula Konnaris, the Finance Manager. She offered but did not pressure me into purchasing additional services like rust, paint, and fabric protection. I was interested in purchasing additional extended warranty coverage and she worked with me to determine the annual amount of kilometres that I would be driving and suggested a plan that met my needs and budget.

Great service and great staff at Lexus of Richmond Hill!

I have been visiting this location for maintenance services, and the staffs have been very professional and courteous.

Earlier today, We arrived for our scheduled appointment and took two vehicles for a test drive and decided to make an offer on one of them. We were served by Mary, who didn t give in AT ALL and kept on convincing us that they don t give discount on used cars; she went as far as showing us other purchase agreements trying to prove her point. After rejecting our far more than reasonable offer (where we offered $500 less than the asking price and have the wheels replaced as they were 50% used as we re approaching winter), we gave our second offer of paying for their full listed price, but requested firmly that they replace the tires with new tires to which they rejected as well. Her manager (wasn t convinced that he was given how young he was and how he handled it), came out and introduced himself and then firmly said I m not going to change the tires. We were perplexed and decided to leave. We thought that he could ve handled it better, but our business wasn t appreciated as he wasn t open to negotiating with us at all. We will go to a different reputable establishment where our business are appreciated.

I have to change my review. Imtiaz Cheval tried to get me into a new lease (he helprd my with the first lease as well) which was not suitable for me at the time. After ten times telling him I don't want to get into a deal, I said yes to a condition and then after a while I changed my mind (5-7 mins between yes and no). He got mad and later in the lobby when he was passing by, he told me I do not give you discount anymore and you should go somewhere else in front of few other people (to embarrass me I guess lol). I'm not happy with his service and I do not recommend him at all. Very unprofessional and rude!

Luiza Goldring was a great help with helping us find the best vehicle as we bought a pre-owned certified vehicle last month. Great experience and glad we spoke to her. She showed me all the details of the vehicle and very knowledgeable about the vehicle and functions and energetic to help us. Would definitely go back to this particular dealership and for Luiza. 1 star is really a bonus. I won't mention any names. But all three levels, sales, financing and management deserve no stars.
I was told that I will be treated like a family probably 10 times just before I paid $5,000 down. . After I paid the down-payment, I became nobody. Sales rep was trying to sell me 2018 instead of 2019 with no discount.
Financing told me that it's no refund. And management never get back to me. Was promised my new car by end of November beginning of December. By January 9th 2019 no one had a clue what's going on with my car. And the manager did a favor talking to me on the phone.

I had no choice and I called Lexus Canada. Less than 24 hours everything was fixed--

Amazing start to finish service provided by Sales Rep Archie Farrokhi, who made me feel comfortable while i took a GS F sport for a test drive but chose RC350 AWD 2016 as my final choice. We came in hoping to get a test drive on an NX300. No plans for a purchase or anything on the day. Archie (Farshid Farrokhi) was the salesperson who helped us. After the test drive, and talking briefly with him I knew that we were not going home without signing off on a Lexus. He was patient, let us think it through without feeling pressured, explained all the details, and then offered us a good price. We felt comfortable dealing with him; he is really good at his job while letting you think without being too pushy. We decided calmly after a deep breath. I think he is one great asset to Lexus. I hope he makes a decent money on this (and any deal) since he puts a lot of time and effort for just a single deal. I can't seem to remember if I have had a better experience with a salesperson. On the pickup day, he patiently went through everything with me. I left Lexus with my car, hoping to come back soon for another.

Worst experience i've ever had a luxury dealership.Kasra Mousavi, Daniel Park and MIKE MAGLIO ripped us of with a safety hazard IS 250 (given to us with cracked glass and mech problems). They sucked up as fake ppl do until the cheque cleared. Then it was repeated repairs and bumbling-attitudinally charged service. GO TO ANOTHER LEXUS WHERE HONEST SERVICE IS PRACTICED. If only i could detail how bad the mechanical-and customer service in the pre-owned dept was over the 6 times that the car got repaired in the first month.

The story began when I reached the showroom driving from Oakville to Lexus Richmondhill and I met a very nice and professional gentleman called Amarjit Verma who was the right person who advised me with the best options they had and he was so patient dealing with me explaining every feature,going out for test drives for many times , and as he spent hours with a steady smile on his face just to make sure that I am well satisfied with my choice and everything was ok.
Frankly speaking I really did appreciate what he did and I felt that he was a member of my family nevertheless he managed to pick up my wife from Oakville just to pick up the car from the showroom since I was travelling abroad during the delivery time of the car in which I appreciated that very much although he was not obliged to do so at all !

Bought a NX200t from Kasra (Ray) and was extremely satisfied with his attention to detail and care. He was very helpful upon delivery of the car in explaining how the car functions work. This is a very professional dealership. The service department is very efficient and polite. I ended up purchasing both my RX and GS at Don Valley North but after alternating services between the two locations I find Lexus of RH to be the better service vise. The building is always clean and welcoming and courtesy vehicles always nice, clean and most importantly available. I have recently learned that they will even come to pick up your vehicle from your home or work if you book the service.

I came to Lexus of Richmond Hill looking to trade in my two cars in order to purchase a brand new NX 200T. I was immediately greeted by Gary Coombs who had a warm smile and was quite pleasant to deal with. Throughout the whole time, there was never any pressure from Gary and he understood where I was coming from and what I needed. Somehow he made it all work out. In the end I was able to trade in my two cars without being too sad of letting them go and was able to purchase the brand new NX 200T with a permanent smile on my face. Gary made sure that I was very happy with my purchase.

When the decision was made Sandra did a thorough job of walking me through the extra options that were available and was prepared with what would be best based on my history. Very efficient! I was pleased with how smoothly the whole transaction went, from beginning to end, especially with all the guidelines in place for COVID. Was looking for a car from auto trader at this dealer, my wife and I walked in, weren't acknowledged because I'm assuming how we were dressed (shorts and tshirt) a nice woman greeted us and had to get someone to help us, he brought us over to his desk to look up the vehicle we inquired about and told us it was sold, at that point he made absolutely no effort to try to work with us to find anything else at all, he just showed us a screen and went quiet, I then asked how much my bmw as a trade in would cost, he said he would need to ask his manager. We left and will never come back, this was very disappointing to say the least...

So I am in the market for a new car and Lexus is one of the brands I am considering. I decided to get serious about my my searching so I took a day off to test drive a few options (Audi, BMW, Mercedes and Lexus). I visited Lexus of Richmond Hill and began checking out the two cars of interest. After spending 40 minutes in and out of the cars not a single sales person was available to help me with my decision ..let alone a test drive. Perhaps it was my casual attire...Either way I watched while no less than three sales people laughed it up while chatting with each other while I was left waiting.

Very unprofessional staff and you should buy the car for what are they priced for because it's a good price I been told. Sales people will hang up phone on you no problem ( used car sales manager ). My worst experience ever.
