I came across Lexus of Richmond Hill while looking for an car on AutoTrader. From start to finish, the experience was memorable and outstanding!!! Just picked up our new car a few days ago. A lot of the credit goes to MICHAEL TAURO our salesperson. Michael was very knowledgeable and not a pressure type salesperson. We came in looking for one model and went to another and another before making our final selection. If there was a sixth star I would give it. Everything went so smoothly and was beyond organized. I appreciated how carefully everything was explained to me by Michael and also the detailed walk through and readiness of the vehicle upon pickup!
