I have been with this dealer since Jan 2016. It was 5 stars in every aspect. In the last 18 months, the dealership have been cutting cost to its service department. The staffs still very good & professional, unfortunately they cannot handle the volume with understaffed budget, quality went down the drain. I have 2 Lexus, retuning one leased vehicle lately. The experience wasn't that great as NO ONE RETURN Calls (only 1 time 2 persons returned my call that day after I complained)! Most of the time I had to complaint & finally gave up but to constantly keep on calling until I can reach the leasing manager - only 1 person responsible for lease returns.
Because of the quality of service has been deteriorating now, I will be moving the service to my other Lexus away later this year. When I lease another Lexus again, it won't be this Dealership. I hope not all Lexus dealerships are like this and I hope this Dealership will improve in the future.
