I wanted this to be short and meaningful.. I almost got a deal with a Lexus RX350, however, due to LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE at their end... I cancelled it 2-day prior of delivery!
Being a PROACTIVE person, I wanted all things in placed.
Documents and bank approval were arranged..
In process of my auto insurance documents, I asked them many times what is the process but they never responded. Insurance was dated on the date of delivery which is the common process if you are buying a car. However, they said to change it 2-day prior to delivery. They admitted they dropped the ball there but NEVER APOLOGIZE.
I am waiting for an option to solve the issue... but they never did! Frustrated I am, I backed-out the deal!
