I walked in a couple of weeks ago to look at an SUV and Met Luiza Goldring. She chatted with my husband and I and was very helpful, honest and friendly. In the end, we decided to go with the RX350 (2016). I picked my car up this past Saturday.

This is my first Lexus - I wasn t sure I wanted to go with Lexus, but the RX350 F was amazing, so that sealed the deal for me. My three previous cars were made by Mercedes, Infiniti and Acura. In my experience of car leasing, never have I ever worked with someone like Luiza. She was *amazing*. She really cared that I got my car and loved it, understood how to use it (she sat with me for a couple of hours on Saturday and even another hour last week in the evening), and made sure the day of delivery was special (big red bow!). Honestly, I wish every car buying experience I had was this enjoyable. When I got my Mercedes in May of 2013, the salesperson drove the car up, showed me how to use Sirius XM, and then handed me the keys and away I went. To this day, I don t understand all of the functions of that car. But I feel like, in just a few short days, I know my RX inside and out.

Further to that, I had a small issue with beeping and brought my car in this morning to the service centre. I was greeted warmly and they had it figured out in 10 minutes, no appointment and free of charge. Everyone was lovely.

I am happy to be a customer there and appreciate the great service. Highly recommended.
