This sales rep makes sure that what he says, he will do. He's quick paced, humorous, and has your interest in mind. He often strikes an agreement with you that will always be honored, if he cannot do it, he will say so.

Absolutely wonderful personality, if you are kind in return and transparent as a buyer. I threw in a gift of my winter tires when I traded in my vehicle, and I don't regret it, since he helped me with a few things including early delivery of my vehicle.
