I would like to describe our experience dealing with Lexus of Richmond Hill on our purchase of a 2017 Lexus NX Sport. We have purchased 5 vehicles from them starting in 2003. For the last four vehicles we have had the pleasure of dealing with Rod Roozbehani who happens to be one of the nicest people to deal with. He has great personal skills and we feel that he has always tried his best to get us a fair deal. We would recommend him to anyone who is looking at purchasing a Lexus at this dealship.
Over the years we have dealt with many different dealships and we have never experienced the type of friendliness you get from dealing with this dealership from the sales staff to the service people. They all make you feel that you are a very important client.
