Our first experience with Amar Verma of Lexus Richmond Hill in March 2018 was so amazing that we had to come back 1 month later to purchase a second vehicle. Upon our arrival, Amar was happy to pick us up from Pearson Airport and drive us to the dealership. Amar never fails to surprise me with his "above and beyond" customer service. Amar truly makes purchasing a vehicle a stress-free and smooth process. Once again, we highly recommend Amar and Lexus of Richmond Hill; It was well worth the 2 hour flight to get there. Overall, 5+ stars for customer service, purchasing process and dealership facilities.

Our vehicle was fully detailed and looked great! Amar was able to get us the best deal possible. Everyone at this dealership is very kind and outgoing; overall amazing experience. Amar is a very friendly professional salesman and Pat from the Detailing Department is very pleasant and did a great job getting the vehicle ready to go; looking shiny and new!
