One month after I got my car, I was told to come back for servicing. Which was odd, but It was a Lexus LX 570 and I let it go. Only for my car to be stolen not long after and all the dealership could tell me was as follows:
- the global tracking feature was a scam.
- a car that expensive had no security whatsoever that someone could get in without the key or an alarm going off.
- I shouldn't worry insurance would cover it.
It's become very clear to me that no one here has any morals. Their objective is to sell the cars at any means necessary, without a moment's care to the truth about its features. Frankly, I wouldn't rule out a collusive involvement in the theft.
