went there last week for a used rx350 the price was good maybe we looks too young to afford a car the sales isnt that nice and the car got keys,finger and stonechips all around it and the almost funny thing is the sales dont give a damn.

Nice cars, pity about the arrogant service attitude. This is my first Lexus. I have had 2 Mercedes in the past and 2 Acuras and these guys are the only ones that ask you for your wallet (warranty or not) if you bring in your car with a question. Example: grinding squeeling noise from brakes in reverse, while well within warranty. Is this normal? Their response: If we don't find a problem (as we define it), we will charge you $......in other words, get lost. Like I said, love my IS, but would never go here for service. Will try Northwest Lexus or back to Mercedes Thornhill (amazing service attitude) or Acura Thornhill or Roy Foss Cadillac next time.
Imtiaz Cheval was my associate. Not only did he give me advice on which cars I should look at (based on my criteria), he answered all my questions (even over late-night email!). We had a very uneventful negotiation, which also makes the experience pleasant.
Even now that I've purchased the car, he continues to answer any questions I may have (he calls to check-in and emails)

They have a devious and unethical negotiation practice. Under pretence of commitment, half way through negotiation they get you to sign a document! And they claim they would respond to your offer only if you sign the document. This is certainly an exclusive practice to this dealership and you can go to another location if you want not to be forced. And to the management: no sir, it is not about commitment I am committed enough to come to your shop - we negotiate and I get the best offer and of curse as a customer I should have enough time to sleep on it before sign anything. I have moved to another location and I am a happy Lexus customer now!

My parents recently purchased a new vehicle from Lexus of Richmond Hill from Dillon Hu and they were so pleased with their experience that they asked me to post this review on their behalf. Having been long time Lexus owners and incredibly happy with the exceptional service they received at a dealership in the city, my father was somewhat hesitant about finding a new dealership closer to their current home when they began looking for a vehicle for my mother. Not wanting to travel long distances anymore was a big factor in making the decision to switch dealerships. Price was also another factor and they were competitive enough to win their business. The sales representative eliminated any doubts they had about the level of personal, quality service they would receive in comparison to their previous dealership. He was in tune with their needs and he went above and beyond during the buying process. When my mother went to pick up her vehicle, his level of attention and compassion were apparent. He took the time to show my mother how to operate her new vehicle; this even included a test drive. The newly purchased IS 350 will go there for servicing...as will as the previously owned LS 460 and LS 460L. My husband has placed an order for a Lexus 570 in March 2016 in Richmond Hill store, after visiting almost all Lexus retails store in GTA. Since the sales person Hu has promised us the chance is big to get your car before December 2016. This car is very hot in the market so that it is on demand. Also, he told my husband that you can always cancel your order if the car has not started manufacturing. You can get the deposit back. After the order is placed, the sales person never followed up with us regarding the car status. WE always followed up with him almost every month. The answer we got is I DO NOT HAVE ANY UPDATE YET everytime!!! IF YOU DO NOT WANT IT, FEEL FREE TO CANCEL IT!!! On July 25th, he contacted us to say that he has a customer that cancelled the order with a white colour (not the same colour in our order) Lexus car. He told us that we are the next one in the waiting list and we can have a chance to see the car. We drove to the store and met him. He took us to the parking lot and we saw that it was a brand new card with everything covered by the plastic packages. He did not offer us for the road test not even open the engine. It was a very quick 1-minute glance. Then, we are told if we would like the car we need to give him a feedback by 7 pm today and we have to pay by cash in two days after the decision!!! Everything is not negotiable and he tried pushed us to close the deal with the car colour that we do not like. HE NEVER MENTIONED THE PROCESS OF OUR CAR ORDER. We did not agree with the car colour. My husband tired really hard to ask him the process of our car in the phone. NOW, he started checking our order in the system since he could not force us to purchase the white colour one. After few minutes, he told us that the factory will start manufacturing our car and we will receive the car in August. This is the first time we get the updated information of our car order. There is no follow up after the July call. We are not given any details like when the car will be finished manufacturing and when the car will be shipped to Toronto. My husband has to CALL HIM every time. He is always busy with his other clients and he said he will call back. However, sometimes there is no response. One time, we got his reply in August with the info that our car will arrived around Sep 19th. There is no follow up after that. We tried to call him few days ago and we got the same reply since he was dealing with our client. My husband has to followed up with him yesterday since there is no reply on from him. The call is a nightmare!!! He told us that our call will arrive around next week and we are given a mode of 2017 and we have to pay $2,500 more. My husband was so pissed off since we ordered 2016 model. He said he was also told the info one day before. What a joke!!! I am sure they have channel to track the car model when the factory started manufactured the car. We questioned him, I can tell he lied to us since his voice was shaking. When my husband asked him what is the difference between 2016 and 2017, he says there is NO DIFFERENCE!!! However, we have to pay $2,500 more!!! What is ridiculous is, he says gain if you do not want the car, feel free to cancel it that I have so many people that they would like 2017 model!!! How do you know that we do not want the car! If we do not want the car, why we are spending almost half a year here to follow us with you with all your unprofessional services. We are so mad yesterday because of the shocked information. We have been cheated without giving the information on time and we have to pay $2,500 by no reason. We are buying the car since our parents love the car so much and this is their dream car and we are preparing this car as a present for their retirement. Unfortunately, we are given this worst experience that we have NEVER HAVE in OUR LIFE.
We are planning to see their general manager today regarding the issue. If there is anything they can do about it, we are planing to go to Lexus Canada.

(Part 2 of 2 - Continued from T S) However, we did experience issues with the Finance Department. This was very rushed and unprofessional. The Financial Services Manager was constantly telling us of how busy she was and that there were four other people waiting behind us. When we were reading the Vehicle Purchase Agreement we caught a few inconsistencies that needed correction and she made remarks about us taking too long to read the contract before signing it. We emailed the General Manager, Nadeer Rana, with a polite message outlining the negative experience we had with that department at his location. To our amazement, to this date, Nadeer hasn't even acknowledge us by replying. We find this to be extremely unprofessional and would not return to this dealership because of his action, or lack thereof. For this reason we have decided to break up our review in two parts in order to rate the Sales Associate and the Dealership accurately.
Horrible experience ....very unprofessional we ve been talking and working on this deal for the past month. And finally we agreed on the deal and have appointment setup to finalize.. ... Till the very last minute they telling me it doesnt work and you have to pay more to make it work ...i have all the history saved... and the sales person called put the blame on us saying we didn t provided enough information of the trade-in .. this is ridiculous... this is the second time i went to the dealership to do my trade in .. they have all the record... plus i have provided all the update and exact number before we start dealing ........ I dont understand how dealership can work like this? Is this a joke?! Did they just made up the price we agreed and make you go in and play bargain game again?
Bought my used 2008 honda civic from this location. Service was top-notch, my sales rep was Kumar, ask for him, he's very polite, respectful, professional and will follow-up with you if required.
My fiancee and I were well taken care of at this location. Not sure if my next car will be a Lexus, but I would definitively ask for Kumar if I was considering a Lexus.
Crappy service. Sales consultant didn't follow up or return my call until a week later. When he finally decided to phone me back he was rude, abruptly hung up because he knew he wasn't getting the deal. Someone should tell him that you have to sell yourself, the dealership, THEN the car.

Our car buying experience with Amar Verma at Lexus of Richmond Hill was a very pleasant one. Amar was very helpful. I recently bought a IS 300 from Lexus of Richmond Hill and I will say the service from Riley Huang and Wilson Leung were exceptional. Riley took the time to schedule around my time on multiple occasions to first inspect, test drive, and even stayed later than usual to accommodate my time. Riley also helped negotiate the final price and included additional perks/gifts as well. Wilson was also thoroughly detailed during the paperwork process and explained every detail regarding the purchase, ownership, and maintenance of the car. The car physically has a few issues however Riley was able to schedule proper care and a rental for the downtime without the car. Overall the experience so far is exceptional and I would recommend the dealership to friends and family.

I originally gave 5 stars for my review. After being told the vehicle I was purchasing had no accidents and was a clean and original car, me and my father decided to go ahead and purchase it.
We took delivery of the vehicle on Wednesday November 22nd and decided to take it to my independent mechanic for an inspection the next day and found a whole host of issues
Here's what we found:
2) The bumper was a different color from the rest of the car and had overspray on the fog lights
4) The left side front fender also had been repainted - there was dust specks in the paint, there was also evidence of body filler
5) The Xenon ballasts had been removed and replaced with after-market HID's held in with ZIPTIES (how does this pass safety which was done through Lexus of Richmond Hill?)
6) Interior door rubbers had previously been removed and not put back together properly
7) The headlights did not match up with each other (one was sticking out more than another)
8) The calipers and rotors had been spray painted black to hide the rust
9) The tire air pressure light came and stayed on despite having the correct air pressure in all tires
Apart from point #3, #8 and #9, all of these things point to the vehicle being in some kind of accident before our ownership, we were promised and assured by Lexus that the vehicle would be up to "Lexus" standards. We wanted peace of mind, this was our reasoning from purchasing from a Lexus dealership rather than from someone off Kijiji or Autotrader.
Right after learning this, we decided to go back to Lexus of Richmond Hill to ask for an explanation and spoke with Vince Benincasa about our situation.
He was extremely rude and unwilling to even listen to us throughout the whole conversation. We were trying to explain that we were expecting a car that had never been in an accident and were promised a clean car. He told us to refer to the Carproof even though there was visible evidence otherwise. He then pointed to the "No verbal promises" clause.
I finally got him to come outside and take a look at what we were trying to explain, I showed him all the evidence and then mentioned the different color bumper. His response: "You didn't notice that they were different colors?" - this statement was said in a very sarcastic and accusatory tone.
He didn't care about the all the things we were showing him so we proceeded to go back inside. I can't remember every single topic we discussed but towards the end of our conversation I informed him I was recording our whole conversation on my phone.
Under Canadian Law, I am allowed to record any conversation I am taking part in, as long as there is consent by one party which could be my self. Also, since I was recording on my phone which was placed on his office table in plain sight, I was not using any other form of voice recording equipment.
Vince proceeded to tell me that what I'm doing is illegal and I need to delete it right now in front of him. "Things will go very bad for you" is what he said or something along those lines - the recording has his exact statement.
Everything I have said above can be backed up through through my recording which I did for my own protection as a consumer. I was essentially lied to by Lexus of Richmond Hill, as a first time purchaser, this has left a very bad impression of what I can expect from Lexus.
I paid top dollar for my vehicle: $16,399.37 for my 2010 Lexus with 146,369 km!!! The car was worth much less due to all the damage that was not disclosed to me during my purchase. If I try to sell the car in the future, it will be worth much less because all the evidence points to a vehicle that was involved in an accident.
We have decided to move forward and will be complaining to Lexus corporate and OMVIC as well.

On Friday April 21, I came to test drive a 2012 Lexus ES 350. Kasra was our sales representative and he was informative, honest, and gave me great a great amount of detail about the car. I ended up purchasing a different model of car, but I appreciated Kasra's professionalism. I was also happy that, despite driving one of the lowest-priced vehicles on their lot, he was happy to spend time with me as a potential buyer. I purchased my RX450h from here at the end of March 2016. Dillon Hu was my salesman. He was so helpful. He had all of the answers to our questions, and even helped us get the best deal possible on the model and colour that we wanted, even though it wasn't in stock.
I returned a month later for our first service and from the moment I arrived, I feel like a VIP. I highly recommend this dealership and to anyone considering purchasing a new vehicle. And for those like me, that never considered Lexus before...expand your world and get one. I think this is the finest vehicle I have ever owned.
After getting into a severe accident and totaling my car i searched for over a month to find a car with a good price. When I walked into Lexus of Richmondhill dealership a gentleman named Rod Roozbehani approached me and asked me what kind of car I was looking for, with what features and etc. He helped me find a car that I loved with a very reasonable price. I could tell he wasn't just after his own interests which was a breath of fresh air after the many sales reps I dealt with in other dealerships. The negotiation process also went very smoothly as the general manager Nadeer Rana was very nice and agreed upon a very reasonable price. I recommend everyone to go to Rod Roozbehani if you are looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable and patient person to help you with an important purchase. I was very happy with my experience and needless to say I (and my family) won't be buying a car from anyone else!!!
I emailed Vahid (Sales/Leasing Manager) of Lexus Richmond Hill on May 27,2015 on what I was looking for and within the hour I got a response. We told Vahid that we were coming in the very same day. When we got to the dealership we told concierge that Vahid was expecting us. Minutes later Vahid came out to greet our family with a smile. We quickly went into his office to speak about numbers. It was super easy, quick and we were both happy at what he offered us. There was no haggling at all. My son who is 2 years old was also happy to be at the dealership as I know sometime with buying a vehicle the process could be a long time. Vahid offered my son a coloring book, crayons and juice while we were getting the paper work done. This is absolutely amazing service.
He later introduce us to Kasra who was going to deliver our RX350 to us on the Saturday. Kasra was very friendly and asked us if at anytime we needed anything just give him a call. On the Thursday Kasra called us to make sure that everything was good to go even though it was his day off. This is extremely rare as Kasra truly knows the meaning of client services.
We finally got our RX350 on the Saturday delivered on time as promised and Kasra was ready for us at the dealership. We came in signed the paper work which was fast and efficient. Kasra explained everything to us in details and was very patient. Vahid came by to congratulate us on our new RX350.
This is absolutely the best experience ever at a dealership and we have been to many. If you are going to look for a Lexus come by Lexus of Richmond Hill and see Vahid and Kasra they are the best at what they do and I am sure they will take care of you like how they took care of our family. End of October last year I bought an RX 350 from Lexus RH and the sales person was Jay Ramandi. The deal went on so fast and smooth, mainly because of the professionalism and honestly of Jay. Jay is an excellent person to deal with, he spent quit bit of time to explain things in the car. Even after I bought the car by few weeks he helped me out figuring who to adjust options in car. The car is running great and I get lots of compliments for this car

Forward to 2020, traded in my lease and bought another car from this dealership. Dylan Moffat was my sales associate as well as their financial manager Sandra Giampolo were the ones that sold me my new vehicle. Lexus was to refund me a deposit that was given to them when i picked up my car, however because they do not refund at the actual location, they opt to send you a cheque. It has been a month and no refund. On that note, i was double charged on a payment that was also supposed to be refunded - that did not happen either. I have e-mailed twice and have texted by sales rep so many times. For new buyers, please go to a dealership that does not do this. When you're making large purchases customer service should be their number one priority. Needless to say this dealership seems to just want to take your money. Once you buy your car their is no responsibility on their end. Buyer beware.
Been dealing with this Lexus dealer for over 8+ years, lately the parts department never answer phones or email requests, you stay on hold till you need to hang up, you leave messages and they never reply. i can no longer use them, there are other Lexus dealers to get parts from

I tried this dealership for sales and services, because they are very close to my house. Both of them are terrible and unprofessional. First, I tried dealership to buy a new car, the sales person was so irresponsible and not coming back to me. For this reason, I tried another dealership, they were completely opposite, they were friendly, with prompt response. That's why I bought the car from them. After I bought a car, I called this dealership, which is very close to my residency, the response was very bad. At first they gave me an appointment. Then they called me that service clerk need more time to talk to her manager and she asked for more time to give me a call. Never happened!!! It is shame. Problem with the car was: REMOTE ACTIVATION on cell phone was not working. Can you believe an update need so many time to waste!!!
I am a customer since 2 years ago and doing my service with Leila Rad . She is very professional and helpful. There is no pressure for doing unnecessary maintenance, she always advise what needs to be done and I trust her. Love going there and recommend LRH to everyone.
2 weeks ago we bought Lexus RX 350 with Jay Ramandi. Jay was very knowledgeable, accommodating and understanding. He made the whole experience very pleasant and satisfying. When we came to pick up the car, Jay stayed past the dealership close hours to show us and explain the features of the car. We had a great experience and would highly recommend Jay as a great salesperson. He went far and beyond to make sure we were happy and satisfied.
I am only giving this place 3 stars as the service was amazing the sales consultant was top Notch but they were unable to hold the vehicle that I wanted and was prepared to buy and that's why I'm giving them 3 stars.
Lexus of Richmond Hill has a five star rating but in my opinion, it is not for its service department. The sales side of the company is very good but if you are considering buying a Car at this dealer, it is buyer beware when it comes to service. (NOTE: It was not always this way, just in the past year)
I just took my GS 350 in for its 90,000 KM service. My new adviser, Russel tried to up sell me from a standard $300 service to over $3000 in additional work, most of which was not necessary or needed, yet. Up selling is a tactic used by dealers to increase revenue while keeping otherwise idle mechanics busy. In my case, it was just too blatant and something I did not expect from a dealer I once trusted. Here is my most recent experience.
I took my car in for its regular service at 90,000. This was an oil change and brake inspection. I did mention that on one occasion my brakes had made a loud squealing noise and here is what happened. The service rep told me i needed new spark plugs, $795. In speaking with another mechanic, and consulting the owners manual, it became clear that spark plugs are good fro 150-180 KM. They told me I need new brake pads because they are at 35-40%,. The non Lexus mechanic says "still very good but not necessary until 20-25%. They said there was rust on the rotor and I would need to get them done as well, that would be $1500+. Apparently, I also needed differential fluid, brake fluid and any other fluid the car contained. This is one of the most blatant examples of "Up Selling" and I would steer clear of Lexus of RH service department until they get their act together. Not impressed at all.
My sales rep was Archie F. He was great and very patient with all my questions and concerns. He helped me figure out which package was best for me and explained the packages over and over for me. Trust me he is very patient, excellent service from beginning to End. He also helped me with all the buttons in the car when i got it :) i got the 2018 NX Fsport.
I d like to take this opportuity to thank Riley Huang for his service and guidence throughout the entire purchaing prcocess. He was very patient, informative and helpful, even go above and beyond to help negotiate the price with his mgt. I am impressed by his professionalism and highly recommend him to anyone who are out there looking for new cars.
I went to this dealership 3 weeks ago intending to buy the Rx350. My car broke down 2 days prior to that so I was going in to make a purchase. I sat down with a Sales rep and he talked to me for a bit and then we went to test drive the car. When we went to the parking lot the sales rep asked me "are you planning to make a purchase?" Which was weird, I mean if I am not then what am I doing in a Lexus dealership. So I told him yes I am an I intend to buy today and if I can get the car at the end of the day that would be great. So he got all excited. So we went to his office and started discussing the payment options. first thing he does is that he took my credit card and left it at the managers office, which was weird. i gotta sayyhis is not my first bran new car purhase, i just bought a mercedes C300 last july. as all buyers do I tried to get the best price out of him, so at the end he called the manager in. The guy just wanted to scam me, he kept talking and talking and talking... So he gave me his best price and I told him "ok if this is your best price then I need some time to think about it". So he got all weird and told me "I have a feeling you are not here to buy a car today" I got so pissed off being confronted in an unlawful way like that, it's up to my discretion to buy a car or not. He was arrogant and just spoke to me in an impolite manner. So I told him "I was planning to but I am not comfortable making a deal with you". Anyways I told him I want my ID and credit card back.. So he got up angrily and while walking to his office (I am walking behind me) he said in a loud voice "if you come back I will sell it to you double the price I mentioned". What a degrading impolite way to speak to a customer. I couldn't believe it. So I got my stuff and headed out and he walks behind me until I go to my car and watches me as I drive away from the dealership. I couldn't believe what was happening. Is this the way to deal with a customer. I had all the intentions to buy a car. I am not obliged to buy a car if we start negotiations.. And that is not a manner to deal with any customer. Anyways this was my worst dealership experience and on that day I decided I will never get a Lexus car from this dealership. And took it on my shoulders to speak and spread the word to all the people I know about what happened.
I was lucky enough to interact with Amar Verma from the Lexus of Richmond Hill dealership. His service was exceptional! I wasn't there to buy a new or expensive car, but he still made me feel valued and respected as a customer. I would recommend him to anyone looking to make a purchase. Bought a brand-new IS300 with Sport Package. Very nice car. Sales are friendly, helpful and eager to resolve any issue. Very happy except Lexus Canada does not allow FSport model to be equipped with Parking Assist-Sensor. The only way to get this feature is to order the Luxury Package instead (a Lexus sensor retrofit kit is not available)

Excellent customer service. The staff there really rolled out the red carpet for me. They went above and beyond, especially Jay and the manager. This is how a luxury brand should treat potential customers. They broke down all of the numbers for me and my husband, giving us various options for purchasing or leasing. They have been nothing but first class and I am considering either purchasing or leasing another vehicle for my daughter. I would recommend to family and friends.
I was told by my Lexus service advisor that my rear brake calipers were seized and I needed to replace them for almost $800. The advisor told me that who ever replaced my rear brakes did not oil the calipers and so they seized. But it was Lexus that replaced my rear brakes so it was negligence on their part. I did not go forward with the service because obviously the advisor passed the blame, which was actually on Lexus. They are untrustworthy. Since my advisor changed, I have become less and less inclined to have my car service there because he is very limited on my profile and history with Service department.

I leased a Lexus RX 350 from this dealership and it was an outstanding experience. My salesman, Greg Ashkenazi, was terrific! With not pressuring me at all , he also worked hard to get me the best deal possible. He showed me several cars and payment options before a deal was reached and he was extremely helpful in showing and explaining me how all of the Lexus technology works.
