I'm not usually one to review places I've dealt with but after a month with my new car (purchased used) I looked back on the service that I received at Lexus of RH and wanted to leave a review. For me this is my second car purchase. I started my search on auto trader as with the first and it landed me here. I came for a test drive with Andrew who was super friendly and personable and basically decided immediately that this was my car. He set everything up for me and I was off to see Sandra who would help me with the financing portion. I picked my car up within a week. Overall I am very impressed by the service I received from both Andrew and Sandra. They were both very organized and efficient especially with all the pick up paperwork. (Was quite the opposite for my first car, which was a different brand and different dealership) I would recommend going to see Andrew to anyone I know or that is reading this review that is looking to buy a used car to check out what this dealership has on offer. A great experience. Thank you both very much. I will definitely come back again for my next car!
