Took 4 months to get a check. I called once a week. They have a 10 second jazz loop playing when you call to infuriate you even more. They want u to just go away and give up. When I did get the check no shop would take it! They said accc is the worst company to deal with and the check might even bounce! Do yourself a favor and just go through your own insurance on day one. Do to this experience I will always carry full coverage. AAAC is scam insurance for shady characters and drunks that just keeps them from getting tickets for $20 a month. I have a strong feeling this company will be closed by the state or sued into non existence. The sooner the better.
